How to transform a publishing house into an active community of readers?

This project focused on the co-creation of a new conceptual framework based on the "knowledge community for progress", aimed at helping Arpa Editores increase the impact of its publications and the dissemination of ideas. To this end, the creation of a club that brought together editors, writers, and readers interested in discussing and addressing issues with the potential to influence the national political agenda was proposed.
