Changing the care model for older people with Suara and Pentagrowth

How do we plan the transition to the last manageable stage of our lives?

We organized 4 working groups at the Suara offices to discuss pre-dependence. Each group, made up of people aged between 55 and 65, debated what concerns, occupies, or entertains them, and how they envision life after 65.

The aim was to define what the keys are to progress satisfactorily towards the last manageable stage of our lives. The workshops were very well received by the participants and, as a result of an inspiring space, very interesting ideas emerged that invite us to continue researching.

These participatory workshops have been developed within the framework of the ‘Singular Projects’ promoted by the General Directorate of Social and Solidarity Economy and Cooperativism and the Department of Business and Labour of the Generalitat.

  • Creation of a strategic framework, a development vision, and a business action plan to redefine the care model for the elderly at Suara Cooperative.

  • Application of the Pentagrowth methodology during the process with co-creative workshops.
