What are the new opportunities in a context of energy transformation where climate change impacts heating?

In 2020, the Management Team at BAXI decided to carry out a new Pentagrowth process, which included a validation and prototyping phase to explore business opportunities in a different scenario. On one hand, Baxi Solutions had demonstrated rapid growth; on the other hand, the acceleration of energy transformation had consolidated, especially among those with greater purchasing power.

In this second phase, a team of 25 people participated in the co-creation process to identify new opportunities in a context of energy transformation, where climate change was beginning to have a direct impact on heating needs. The result was the development of a new strategic framework called Heating 2030, which laid the foundations for generating 12 innovative business ideas, aligned with market changes and the new demands of the energy environment.

This project has allowed BAXI to position itself as a key player in the transition towards a sustainable heating model, focused on the connected home and energy efficiency.
