The universe of communication and advertising is changing. While large consulting firms are integrating creativity as part of their service offerings to provide comprehensive assistance to their clients, major digital platforms are offering growth services based on intensive analysis of citizens' behavior.

Faced with this scenario, in which the business space for agencies is shrinking while the number of options available to clients is multiplying, the management team of Dommo undertook a strategic reflection, using the Pentagrowth methodology, to allow the organization to reach a new space in the provision of growth services based on cultural interaction. 

PS21 arises from the awareness that advertising is still necessary, but it is no longer sufficient. The industry needs to apply creativity throughout the entire value chain and in the overall customer experience, as it has a great transformative power, especially when knowledge and the speed of society merge with technology.
